As of 2022, I have been accepted into my high school mentoring class. In this class, we are partnered with students who may not have desirable home lives, and need positivity and care in their lives. I was partnered with two middle school students, and one elementary student. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays we travel to their schools and spend time with our partners playing games, and doing activities. During this time, we build relationships and create an environment where these students feel safe. Being a part of the mentoring program is a wonderful privilege, and the opportunity to make an impact on someone's life is the best gift.

When I was growing up, I spent many summers at 4H Camp Ohio. I made life-changing memories at the camp, and I wanted other kids to experience the same fun I had. Finally, 2 years ago, I was able to become a camp counselor at Camp Ohio. As a counselor, I work to organize camp and make it the most fun experience it can be. When camp starts, I supervise my campers and ensure kids are safe and enjoy camp. I am going into my third year as a camp counselor, and it's one of my favorite things I do in the summer.
